Since I was a child I have always been passionate about Italian cuisine. Almost every Sunday I remember watching my grandmother making fresh pasta and my grandfather making pizza. When I got a little older, I decided to go after my dream and become a chef. In 2018 I graduated from the NorthWest Culinary Academy of Vancouver.

Since then, I started my journey in the kitchen, working as a cook in big restaurants in Canada, working side by side with Michelin Chef Stafan Hartmann. In 2019 I moved to Florida, where I worked as a chef at two of Disney’s most renowned restaurants, Frontera by Chef Rick Beyless and Jaleo by the great Chef José Andres. Now it’s my time as a Chef to bring some of my passion for pizza through Dio Santo Street Pizzeria.
